Orders, Payments & Refunds
Orders
Placing an order means you are offering to purchase services under these Terms
Payments
Minimum order value: PKR 1,000.
Maximum order value for Cash on Delivery (if offered): PKR 49,999. Orders above this must be prepaid.
As services are digital, no physical delivery or tracking applies.
Refund
Monetary refunds are not offered.
Services may be rescheduled or adjusted in case of non‑delivery or technical issues.
Consultancy sessions cannot be refunded once initiated.
Third‑Party Services, Liability & Governing Law
Third‑Party Services
Pure N Fresh may collaborate with external vendors. We are not responsible for the quality or usability of third‑party services.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, delays, or losses beyond our control. Services are provided “as is.”
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
