At www.purenfresh.pk, we understand that circumstances may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the rules for cancelling both digital consultancy services and physical product orders.
Digital Consultancy Services
Eligibility
Orders for consultancy packages may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not yet started.
Once a session has begun or a digital product has been delivered, cancellation is not possible.
Adjustments
If you cannot attend a scheduled session, you may request rescheduling at least 12 hours before the session start time.
Missed sessions without prior notice are considered delivered and cannot be cancelled.
Physical Products
Eligibility
Orders for physical products (milk, ghee, yogurt, butter, etc.) can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of goods.
Conditions
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details to avoid failed deliveries.
If an order is cancelled within the allowed time, any prepaid amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
