At www.purenfresh.pk, we aim to provide quality in both our physical products and digital consultancy services. Our return and refund rules differ depending on whether you purchase a physical product or a digital service.
Physical Products (Milk, Ghee, Yogurt, Butter, etc.)
Physical Products
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
Perishable items (milk, yogurt, butter) are non‑returnable unless delivered in defective condition.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Digital Consultancy Services
Digital Consultancy Services
Monetary refunds are not offered for consultancy packages once a session has started or a digital product has been delivered.
If a service cannot be delivered due to technical or operational issues, we may offer:
Rescheduling of sessions.
Credit toward future services.
Replacement with an equivalent package.
